FOCAL POINTS NETWORK
Exhibiting organizations at the Blue Business and Innovation Fair benefit from access to a Focal Points Network.
The Focal Point is the person who represents the organization to other Exhibitors.
Shared data allows Exhibitors to streamline and create dynamics between themselves (meetings, visits, protocols, etc.) – before, during, and after the event.
For example, Focal Points can schedule quiet meetings with each other – the day before or the day after the event – focusing their attention on Visitors and Speakers during the day of June 5th.
DATA PROTECTION
The page with the Focal Points Network information is password protected.
Access is limited to each Exhibitor’s Focal Points only. Sharing of data with any other persons, including other employees of the Exhibiting organizations, is not authorized. The password to access this page is private and is only disclosed to the indicated Focal Points.
The information for each Focal Point includes the following data: First and last name; Function; Cell phone; E-mail; Whatsapp; and Linkedin profile.
The provisions set out in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) apply.
