FINA Blue Business and Innovation Fair is a fundamental event, for organizations that wish to promote equipment, products and services related to the blue economy.
The dynamics of the event are aimed at the benefit of Visitors and Exhibitors, through the dissemination of innovative projects; networking and establishment of partnerships; and effective development of activities and businesses, at national and international levels.

October 15, 2026 - Lisbon, Portugal
The DGPM - Directorate-General for Maritime Policy is a central service of the direct administration of the State, integrated into the Ministry of Agriculture and the Sea, being the operating entity of the Blue Growth Program of the EEA Grants and coordinator of the Blue School program, within the scope of ocean literacy.
The Blue Growth Programme, funded by the EEA Grants and operated by DGPM, supports projects linked to the blue economy, managing an allocation of €57.6 million. Three priority areas: (1) blue business and innovation; (2) research; and (3) blue education, training and employment. Integrated participation in the DGPM Stand.

SHOREWINNER promotes the development of offshore energy in Southern Europe, supporting the training of professionals and the creation of opportunities in blue careers. The project supports the next generation of maritime and offshore energy professionals.
FOR-MAR provides training and consultancy in the various sectors of blue economy, including shipping, fishing and aquaculture, shipbuilding, maritime tourism, recreational boating, oceanic renewable energy, STCW certification, among others.
The UNIPVC Polytechnic University of Viana do Castelo has a wide range of professional higher technical courses, bachelor's degrees, postgraduate degrees and master's degrees. Highlight for two postgraduate courses specialized in blue economy and blue careers.
University of A Coruña is a spanish public institution, whose objective is the generation, management and dissemination of culture and scientific, technological and professional knowledge, through the development of research and teaching.
Born from the evolution of the Polytechnic Institute of Porto, UTP Technical University of Porto is a leading higher education institution in Portugal with a 170-year history, including eight schools situated on three campuses across five cities.
EMA Escola do Mar dos Açores (Azores School of the Sea) plays a fundamental role in the training and qualification of professionals specialized in the maritime sector, contributing to the enhancement of the sustainable blue economy, at the national and international level.
RadarVirtual is a maritime training school located in Funchal, Madeira. It offers recreational boating courses, including sailor, local skipper, coastal skipper, and deep-sea skipper. It also conducts several STCW courses recognized and certified by DGRM.
The Blue Economy Competence Center (C2EA) carries out training and strategic consultancy services for organizations, regions and countries; and blue business and blue careers events. Extensive experience in projects carried out in Angola, Brazil, East Timor and Portugal.
